Our meditation retreat is about more than just meditating! Life is infinitely easier when you can learn to let things go. But this is not always so easy to do. At this retreat we will delve into strategies to help you do just that.

Running Thursday evening through Sunday brunch, we believe in giving you the tools and time to be able to dig as deep as you want to go for true personal transformation.

LETS GET STARTED: MEDITATION 101 - A TASTE OF MEDITATION WORKSHOP

If you've ever been curious about meditation but aren't ready to commit to a series of classes yet, then this workshop is for you! I've found that people often have a mis-guided notion of what meditation is all about, thinking that they need to be sitting cross-legged on the floor chanting Om to 'do it' properly. This two hour workshop is designed to introduce you to meditation and its benefits while dispelling some of the mystery surrounding it and giving you a small taste of different ways to meditate. 

The workshop will be held in the mediation room in my home and the address will be given after you register. Payment may be made when you come.
